I had a tubal ligation 3 years ago. My husband had a vasectomy because we weren't sure if I was going to "allowed" to have the tubal. Anyway i have been extremely tired, sore boobs, and am late like by 2 weeks. I just took a test and got a yes. WTF? How in the hell is that even possible?????? OMg if i really am i don't know what i am going to do. We cannot afford more kids, i DO NOT want to have another baby. This better be a false postive...

Well, I hate to say it, but those procedures are never 100%. When a guy has a vescetomy, they really have to keep up with their doctor appointments to make sure no sperm is getting through. I'm sure it's even the same with tubals. There may be that one egg that gets through.
I hope that it is a false positive, but it definetly wouldn't hurt to go see your doctor.
Some friends of ours have 6 kids because the husband didn't go to his followup appointments. And their last baby was definetly an, oops!
Well I have never heard of a false positive but I'd check it out. It can take up to a year or more for the sperm to be closed in there.

the only way you can get a false pos is if you are on fertitlity drugs because those drugs have hcg in them, clearly you are not on those so Id take this as a miricle from God that this was meant to be and appreciate it for what it is. Everything happens for a reason
There are "false positives' but they are very rare. And this type of thing scares the SHIT out of me. I am kicking myself in the ass for not getting my tubes tied w/ my last one, but my husband got a vasectomy in Feb. But it seems I am hearing so many stories of this type of thing happening, but I have NEVER heard of it happening to a couple who have BOTH been "fixed". WOW. I'm with you.....I can not and will not have another baby.

the options are clear. Keep it. Abort it. or adopt it out. Maybe you are ment to carry this baby because someone else cant have a child and this is their blessing from God in the care-package from you.
If you really cannot afford this baby, then you could consider giving it up for adoption. If you start right now, you can find the perfect family for your child and let them be a part of the pregnancy, coming to appointments and all that.
If you don't want to be pregnant, have an abortion. Simple as that. Don't listen to the people telling you that this baby is a "gift"...if you don't want another one, you don't want another one. If you're morally opposed to abortion, give it up for adoption.

If you are pregnant I think it is pretty miraculous, so maybe one of the PP is right about it being a gift. I really hate when people talk about abortion like they talk about pesticide for roaches or something. Kinda makes my stomach turn.
I reminded her that abortion was still an option because the OP made it petty clear that she did not desire any more children. When swamped with comments that she's blessed, should carry a baby to term, etc., she needs to know that there are other options and I would support her choice.
This happened to my moms friends, tubes tied, vasectomy and they ended up pregnant 3 years later. Things can reverse unfortunately.
I dont believe in abortion for the use of birth control (only rape incest and medical needs) but you do have that option in this country. If you cant afford the child why not try adoption rather then killing it.
Could it be menopause? I've heard of pregnancy symptoms during it....I most definitely would never abort a child so I won't even say go for it. But I hope you aren't pregnant for your sake and the sake of the possible child. And who knows, our bodies have a way of miscarrying when it's not the right timing too. Just wait it out and see what the Dr says. Remember that a baby, even as a fetus, is a growing life and should not be killed simply because it wasn't wanted by you. Many MANY other people wish they could have a child or carry just even one child to term so bless them with the gift of life if it comes down to it.
