It all comes down to sex and death
What’s your number? Got a gun?
This week there were two trends in the confessional. How many people you’ve slept with, and whether guns should be available to the general public. Two topics, one blog, how could I ever choose? Faced with the (hysterical) choice between lovers and guns, I’ve chosen to combine the two.
So how many people have you slept with? Do you think someone with a low number is a prude, or are those with high numbers whores? I have no opinion on this matter whatsoever. My number is one, but I also married my first boyfriend. How about you?
Are guns a danger to everyone or a form of protection (perhaps from one of your jealous numbers?) I haven’t ever actually seen a gun in real life. All the guns I’ve ever seen have been on television. I have no desire to have one in my home, but the thought of other people having the doesn’t bother me.
One confessor brought up a valid point about gun safety. If your guns should be locked in a safe with the ammo locked up somewhere separate (as is recommended for house holds with children) how could it help you in an emergency? There’s no way you’d have enough time to access them if someone broke into your house. Is there? Please correct my if I’m wrong, again, my knowledge of guns and gun safety is limited to the television.
