I hear ya honey! I am a 32E and have a 25" waist. I dunno how handy you are with at sewing, but what I have been doing is getting bras that fit in the cups (which are waaaaayy to big in the band) and then I cut the band down to the right size and reposition the shoulder straps. IT is only way I have been able to get a cute bra for anything under $50. Also, I hate low-cut tops because they really DO look slutty on someone with builds like us!
