For so long I have beat myself up about my weight and eating habits. Every single bite I feel guilty about so I decided once and for all to keep track of how many calories I eat in a day. Turns out it ranges from 1200- 1600 without changing my habits at all. I guess I don't have to feel guilty about that anymore but it doesn't explain the weight gain either.
