Co-irker is doing a crash diet that is costing $$$. She is constantly on crash diets and never loses anything. She wants me to join in but I don't have the cash and my blood sugar issues prevent me from doing liquid diets. Why do people project their lifestyle choices on to me?

Ok, so definitely not pregnant, but I've had the longest craving for peanut butter ever! I've eaten a ton of peanut butter sandwiches(with honey, or jam, ect.), peanut butter cereal, even reeses. It's been going on for months and I still can't get enough. If it has peanut butter in it I want it. Now...wheres my recipe for peanut butter cookies??

I haven't been to the gyno in years and DH and I want to have kids soon, so I made an appt. today with a new doctor. The ones I found online had openings in August. This one is in the same practice and could get me in in early July. She's 32. Is that too young? Do you think she's too inexperienced? I'm a nervous wreck when I have to see the G-doctor.

Screw you for telling me to go on a diet. I'm only 62 kg. If you want to look like a super model, go for it. I am going to keep my child bearing hips, eating my honey-butter on my sweet potato bread, and drinking my Guinness extra stout, and if you try to take my beer away one more time, we are going to have a scene.

Part of a clean diet program is not weighing yourself multiple times a day. They actually recommend that you get rid of the scales or weigh in maybe once a week.

We put foil on the windows so hopefully hubby can sleep during the day. He works from 10pm-8am. Any other tips for night shifters to help them sleep? His goal is to try to be awake at 6pm everyday, so we can spend the evening together.
