Clearly the mirrors in my house are magic. I like fine in the full length and bathroom mirror before I leave, then look like crap in the store mirrors. Excellent.
I am so tired of being obese. Ready to lose the weight but I don't know where to begin. I'm 229 so I would like to be at least 150, but more like 125 so I need to lose roughly 80-100lbs. I feel overwhelmed. Surgery is something I nearly did but it's just not for me. So many diets out there...I am overwhelmed. Any advice?
I just have to know: am I really the only person that uses crisco for body lotion? I whip it in the mixer (sometimes I add vanilla for scent) and it comes out light and fluffy and it's just great stuff. I use it right out of the tub on my feet, hands, elbows, knees, and lips. I even use it on my hair and face. Nothing that I've tried works as well as plain ol' crisco. Seriously, does NOBODY else do this?
I lost 50 lbs, I'm a normal size now, but my boyfriend is really obese and it never bothered me before, but I'm starting to be turned off by it and his lifestyle choices....not sure what to do about it
I get so overwhelmed by all the health info available. Do HIIT to lose or walking is good. Paleo, low carb, low calorie, whole 30.... It's just so much info!! Where do I even start?
I had a crap day at the gym... could barely run. I was just about to beat myself up over it and then I realized... off day. Just shake it off and go hard tomorrow--gym should be fun
This week I'm going to concentrate on the workouts. Next week I'll try the eating right thing. Obviously I don't have the willpower to do both at the same time. *burp*
