I ate too much broccoli and now I cant stop farting.

I don't dance. Not unless I'm drunk, that is. And I haven't been THAT drunk in 12 years. I'm too self conscious and self critical. I have two daughters now, and I want them to dance! But I think I need to lead by example. How do I release my inhibitions?

I have painful gas almost daily, but mostly on days that I work. The only thing I have differently on work days is a cappuccino. I've cut those out, but still have painful gas. This is embarrassing, but everyday that I work, I come home and lay on my stomache or side until I fart it out, then I feel a bit better, but not completely. Any suggestions?

I avoid mirrors and camera because in my mind I am in my old athletic and skinny body. But when I see myself in the mirror or in pictures I see what I truly am and that is a 200 lb fat ass!!

My husband and I are living in Japan and we've been here roughly a month at this point. They have McDonald's, but less greasy, smaller portion sizes, etc. (I personally don't eat fast food) however, I suppose my question is: Why don't fast food chains do this in America? Is there not some corporate responsibility to the people?
