monday we meet again. i refuse to binge today. i have gained a pound per day for the last four days. not sure if it's partial water weight or what but it's four freaking pounds. i'm hoping that keeping myself in check and drinking lots of water over the next several days will get those pounds off.

I was frustrated that I didn't lose any weight despite trying hard so I indulged a little yesterday (nothing over the top). Now I'm back to my healthy eating and determined to lose some weight this week.

What men think is "no" makeup is really neutral shades like browns and beiges, with a rose lipstain. They are so clueless and they would NOT say the same about absolutely NO makeup. Have you seen the photos of celebs with absolutely NO makeup?

I posted a few weeks ago about receiving a home gel manicure kit for my birthday. I saw an article online that says those gel manicures can cause cancer! Seriously is anything safe these days?!

I was remembering, that I was a late bloomer in high school and didn't wear a bra until grade 9. I was walking down the hall and this girl in my class said, for god's sake get a bra! and I was really small so said, oh come on. And she said, You can see EVERYTHING! I was wearing this blouse, and that hadn't occurred to me. I ran to the bathroom and realized she was right! So a few days later I got fitted for my first bra. I never wore a training bra! I went from zero to 34b!lol
