I'm a big woman. I was on a flight traveling for work. I don't require two seats, but the armrest cuts into my side. I asked the person next to me if she minded that I lifted it up. She said "Yes, I do. I'm not going to stop you, but I DO mind". I felt humiliated.

I am so tired of every single conflict getting labelled as bullying.

I'm a born-again Christian. And to some people I will always be the drunk, liar who sleeps around and punched the chick at the 7-11 and got banned from every 7-11 in town. (This was hot gossip when I was 17.) But lucky for me a lot of people have recognized the growth I've done and accepted my apologies and allowed me to make amends. I'm now a community activist, volunteer, PTO leader, and church teacher. Trust me, I get confused by the change too.

I don't know why people think that mom who forced to wear those ugly clothes because she bullied another kid is a great idea. All she was doing was trying to solve bullying through bullying. What did the kid learn, that if you don't wear ugly clothes people won't make fun of you?

I think I'm the smartest one out of my friends. They see a stupid, political picture on Facebook and think it's a fact. They just repeat talking points and the same myths their parents have said for years. To be fair, that's how we grew up. But I learned to be an independent thinker while they just let others do the thinking for them.

I'm not that pretty or very thin. But I always make a point to dress nice and look put together. It's amazing how many compliments I get from people I know and strangers. Living in a country of slobs makes me stick out. It's kind of awesome. And pathetic.

My pre teens go to a very well to do beach camp courtesy of their grandparents. The counselors are all high school or college kids that are gorgeous and hang out after camp having campfires on the beach, kayaking at midnight, just running around having the best summers ever. I wonder if they will take as many pics of these days and keep them in an album like i did instead of everyting on a phone. I love my old photo albums. I had great summers, too.

OP with the dd fly phobia and my dad yelling at her. I wanted to mention that the sandwich thing happened more than a year prior to the ridiculing of my dd. This confession will make a lot more sense when you read my prior confession but there wasn't room. I also wanted to add if he is mad at me, please take it out on me.
