I am starting to realize I don't laugh often enough with my kids. I am always trying to get them to stop acting silly. I look so sad when I am not laughing or smiling and I think that is the only way they are going to remember me.

A lot of days I can't wait to go to work, then I call home and talk to my kids and miss them so bad. I don't realize how little they sound still until I hear them on the phone.

I wish I could get an "instababysitter" that just appeared whenever I needed one. It sucks having to plan a week or more ahead just so my husband and I can go out. And it's damn expensive! I miss spontaneity.

When my son wakes up in the morning and after his naps, he makes the most annoying whining noise. Just yell, "Mommy!" Quit the whining.
