I love the new found freedom that comes with deciding not to give a shit about this job anymore. I just go to work, speak when spoken to, answer questions, do my job and get the hell out at 5 o'clock. I'm not investing any more time or energy into it than necessary, because nobody (bosses included) else does. Gone are the days of stomach ulcers from worry and ranting about work to DH when I get home. If my own boss doesn't want to do their job, I'll be damned if I'm going to do it for them. They don't pay me near enough to care that much.
