You get offended when it is suggested you do your job. You think everyone is "mean" because we won't cater to your personality disorder. You actually had your mother call the boss to talk about your schedule. I sat in on your interview... Man did you lay down a giant heap of BS.

Quit my job. It felt liberating because my bosses were being horrible to me cause I hurt my back lifting someone and they didn't provide any mechanical help for me. I didn't claim L&I, my back is fine. I just couldn't take the hostile environment anymore and my bosses were becoming verbally abusive to me and were getting my other cw to throw me under the bus to save themselves. It felt like everyone there hated me and I still don't know why :(

I had a coworker who would say that only people who were NOT white looked good in tattoos, and that she despised the Mexican half of her Peruvian/Mexican heritage, and would just say she was Peruvian. What a racist b*tch.

I am really starting to think you do NOT "attract more flies with honey than vinegar" I work in an eyeglass place. Twice, this week, lenses got screwed up and had to be redone 3 times for each customer. The first customer was very sweet and understanding, waiting 2 extra weeks for her glasses.The 2nd lady got very angry, threatened to call corporate said we had to do better than that, and stormed out swearing that the place was BS and she wasn't waiting 2 extra f-ing weeks.She got her glasses the next day with a free lens upgrade and partial refund. And the boss was nicer to the angry lady.

I just turned thirty, have a degree and now working on my masters still don't have a good job. I'm sick of this, I'm considering moving.

I feel for you if you are going through hell...HOWEVER..do NOT attempt to make yourself MORE important. We have lives too!!!

I had to leave two hours early for a doctor's appointment yesterday, and my co-worker that is my backup made several snide comments about it. I explained to her that I cleared up a bunch of pending issues and that all of my customers had placed their orders, and her comment was "Good, because I just can't handle any of your stuff today." Seriously?! She took 3 sick days last week, is taking a half day next week for her OWN doctor's appointment, and I'm also covering for her a full week in July. But she gives me crap for two hours?!

What makes you think we want to hearyour brats screaming and yelling for 2 hours straight?
