I got extentions in my hair last October and had them redone therev after. I decided to get them taken out today. Wow what a difference! I dont know what ever possessed me to get them. My hair is so soft and silky and beautiful just the way it is. I love me. No more , ever again!

Date for love, marry for money.

After getting to know, and spending time with, people who were raised as spoiled rich kids, I am truly thankful I was raised poor and neglected. Not kidding.

Having married in my mid-30s, with a well-paying professional career, education, interests and a hefty bank account, I can honestly say that all those articles about how women in that bracket come out the losers in marriage were absolutely correct. Absolutely, mindbogglingly correct.

Most people stay in unhappy marriages for the kids or money. I stay cause I'm all alone in the world with no family or solid friends and because I don't want to be a single mom. It's too scary.

next time i'm marrying for money......

Last night, dh and I were outside playing with our dog. She was playing keep away with us, weaving between us and darting when we got close while we tried to grab the big stick out of her mouth. Dh dove at her grabbing the stick out if her mouth before belly flopping on the ground. He then holds the stick up and yells, "I brought it b*%#h!" I laughed so hard that I literally peed my pants.

For over a year I have been meticulously charting my cycles because hormonal BC is no longer an option for me. DH was being great about asking the time of the month and taking appropriate measures. I am totally surprised at how in tune with your cycle you can become but also acknowledge you have to have discipline for this to work. Anyway, he slipped once at just the wrong time and I had to take Plan B which totally sucked because it is exactly the hormone I do not react well with. But the thing I'm ticked most about is most of my underwear being ruined by surprise spotting.

I've done it again...messed up a bank account so much that I have to close it and open a new one.

I'm getting divorced next month. I've been separated for almost a year. Last month I met someone and have gone on a few dates with him. He is someone I could really see myself being with for a long time. I have already picked out the engagement ring I want for next time around. This was before I met him, and if we ever get to a point and talk about getting married, I will let him know!
