I was gone all of this weekend, staying with my parents for the New Year's weekend. Today I came home to discover that my cat had been closed up in 2 year old DS' room the whole time. The carpet was shredded and she had peed and pooped on his bed, blankets and clothes. What a lovely welcome home present. Of course, I'm grateful that the cat is okay but still, what a pain in the ass to clean up.

So DH loves coming on here, he loves it as much as I do but the thing he loves the most is that when I confess things that he says, he gets more favorites than I do on the stuff I confess about me. Anytime he says something hilarious, he tells me "You have to confess that; you know it'll get a lot of faves." Needless to say, he's always right about that.

DH and I were talking on Skype the other night and through the course of discussion, got on the topic of the fact that I'm the only woman he's ever been with; but I can't say the same because when we were dating, we broke up for a month and I slept with another guy. It's one of my biggest regrets. When I told him this, he replied "As far as I'm concerned, I'm the only guy you've slept with so I don't want you to ever think about that again." Definitely one of the sweetest things he's ever said to me. I love you DH.

I'm so weighed down by the stress of our finances. We have $11 to last us until next week. Luckily, this is after I got a few groceries and gas so thank God I don't have to worry about those but this struggling with lack of money each month is so hard. I keep telling myself it's only until we get our income taxes but it still sickens me every time we get our bills. *Sigh* Just have to keep sucking it up I guess.

Ugh, spent the weekend out at my parents' house. So much drama!! Everyone was yelling at everyone else over everything--it was like we were all pmsing or something. I think I'll be hibernating out at my house until Christmas Eve.
