I am so over waking up at the crack of dawn then being tired all day long. Especially days like today...family is all sleeping in and of course I woke up at 6am.

My sleep schedule is getting all screwed up. I work second shift and lately I've been sleeping until 10:30am and not falling asleep until 1:30am. I feel like such a lazy bum when I sleep that late but I don't know how to get my schedule back to normal again.

somehow i crooked my neck, it happens every once in a while. I can hardly turn my head to the side. AGGH! It's killing me! I have no idea how it happened. Stress and sleeping funny probably.

I'm trying to change my lifestyle, get to bed earlier, get up earlier (I work at home) so i won't have trouble sleeping etc, but i'm not being very successful.

I know I'm feeling blue again because I've been sleeping 12-13 hours again and walking up feeling so disoriented. I'm not seeing any silver linings right now.

Between work, school, and 2 kids, I get 5 hours of sleep a night. 4 hours if I workout. So needless to say, I haven't worked out in 2 months. If one person tells me that, "If you really wanted to, you'd find the time," I'll punch them in the throat. When do you think I'll find the $%&#*! time?! I'm only even home maybe 8 hours in a 24 hour period! And if I DID manage to magically find a 25 hour day, I would spend the extra hour sleeping. But I guess that would make me lazy according to you.

Today I'm going to plan my meals and snacks and adjust my sleeping times. Tomorrow I will start my first week of going to the gym everyday. My goal? To do at least 30 minutes of cardio, maybe some light weights. I want to slowly work myself back into the workouts I used to do. I always sabatoge myself by going to hard on myself and then I'm too sore and it doesn't motivate me to go back. I'm tired of hating myself. 50 lbs.....you are going away for good!!!!

Nothing makes me crankier and more miserable than being cold in the morning. Even the slightest bit cold. I can't shower when I get up, because I always feel too cold when it's over. I have to bathe at night. I can't even stand camping because I always have to pee so badly when I wake, but it's invariably too cold to crawl out from the sleeping bag.
