It's kind of silly that people (myself included) get so heavily invested in characters on TV, in movies and in books. Someone else made them up in their head!

My SIL has cancer and can't work. Chemo isn't working and my brother just had a pay cut. He makes about 40k a year now. They have one DS, 12. They were turned down for aid. SIL is filing for disability but they said it doesn't look good. They have no insurance and the bills are seriously piling up. You can bet they are angry and resentful toward those who abuse the system.

My SIL admits she covers up while nursing more for her own comfort than anything else. Her son managed to make it with a blanket over his head and is healthy. SHE isn't comfy with her tits being exposed so I don't see the problem. She is a very loving, and devoted mother yet sees no reason to expose herself. End of the day? Her baby is fed during errands and her modesty is in where she wants it to be. Works out IMO.

I used to work for the state lottery organization. I think lotteries are a complete waste of money. There's a better chance of being struck by lighting 3 times. Almost everybody wins a little - gambling has a statistical return of $20 for every $100 spent. Also it's silly that people play the same numbers every week - there's no statistical evidence that your numbers "will be drawn eventually." Every set of numbers has the same statistical chance. Promoting the play of the same numbers is only about promoting addiction - playing on fear that if you miss a game, your numbers will be drawn.

My SIL took classes from UoP. Her course work was something I would expect to find in an 8th grade classroom.

I don't like my SIL. She is really arrogant, uncaring, and acts like she's in high school.

I just hate how my SIL is consistently giving unsolicited advice about marriage and child rearing. She married someone because she got pregnant. He doesn't like her. She dumps her kids off on others whenever she gets the chance. Then she says that my DL and I shouldn't have kids because my husband and I may not be able to afford it but we both make decent money. She and her DL are constantly begging others for money for their expenses. I just get sick of her crap!!!

STFU!!! Nobody cares!!! shut up shut up shut up!!! I would love to scream it at people several times a day. Why do you need to fill every second with jibber jabber?! Silence is golden, people! Not every single thought you have needs to be verbalized! Good lord, people stfu! Ok, my vent is over now.

I have zero musical ability. I have no clue if music is good or bad or what that even means. I don't even understand what tune and pitch are. I don't even like listening to it. I very much prefer the sounds of silence. I cannot understand for the life of me why some people are so in to noise.

My husband was killed by an IED 2 years ago.. I use to comment on this page a lot. I feel silly doing it now...but I don't know where else to turn. I just want to die... And no one understands. .
