I think education on what rape is is severely lacking for both males and females. It took me years to realize something an ex did to me was assault. It sounds weird but I don't think I'm alone. There are no gray areas and I think both genders are taught they do exist.

Of course more immigrants want to come to the US over any other country - the US will give them a free ride! Free healthcare, free education, food stamps, all sorts of handouts you can't get in other countries, and your kids will be automatic anchor baby.

I cannot express in words how sick I am of being guilted over military crap. "Help military families!" I am 100% against the military, and we only have it in the US because we make other countries so mad at us. Maybe if we'd spend a bit less on being a bully and a little more on kids' education, we'd be better off.

I was raised by a single mom. She not only fed, clothed, housed, and raised me, she gave me the cultural education of a lifetime. Mom and I did something every Friday when she got off work. We always took the bus. We ate at inexpensive ethnic restaurants and poked around in oddball boutiques, downtown or in historic neighbourhoods. She took me to concerts, symphonies, ballets, plays, movies, galleries, museums, libraries, art shows. She also made sure I had my own books, albums, musical instruments, and art supplies. I don't know where she found the money.

I almost everyday say "When I hit the lottery..", and I already spend the money in my head before I even have it! I've only played the lottery one time when I turned 18 and I didn't win and never played again. But I live a fabulous life with my fantasy Winnings! Philanthropy! World traveler! Adventures! Education! Sportscars! Cute pool guy! ...etc..

I think that my kids school is mediocre at best. 2 of my 4 kids have social anxiety issues. In a perfect world schools would deal with this in a way that helped,rather than made it so much worse. I resent having to try and find an educational alternative. It is far from ideal that I have decided to homeschool in the meantime. Am I up to it? I just want my kids to feel safe!

If the US is the best country in the world then why are we #1 in regards to healthcare? Or education? Why are we number #34 in the world on the infant mortality rate? Why does poverty exist? Why don't we have better vacation time or maternity leave? Why are gun deaths so high? Why are so many people incarcerated? If Canada had these statistics and were fist pumping that they were #1, I would have to roll my eyes and LOL.

Governmental assistance should come in the form of community education and training in order to help communities and individuals within those, stand up, be active and if not self sufficient, at least self helpful and productive.

Lots of the welfare "darlings" I got to deal with had multiple children and no pot to piss in. They kept getting pregnant! Why does a jobless 22 year old need 4 kids? I think it is due to low education and intelligence. Intercourse is something all animals do but we as humans can control our urges if we want. Dogs and cats are fixed because if left to nature, they'd breed uncontrollably. Only in nature, the mother will kill the young if there is something wrong with it or there are too many and not enough milk can be produced. Humans have no natural selection anymore but lots of free stuff.

I hate when teachers assign group work. The only thing group work has ever taught me is that I can't trust anyone but myself. Now, I get to stay up for the second night in a row doing all of the work for our group project by myself. Researching, Making a video, powerpoint, speech, because I actually care about my grade. Worst? This is for my Intro to Education Class. My group members don't deserve to teach if they can't contribute to our learning.
