I'm an ex-wife. I'm also remarried. As an ex-wife I would NEVER want to keep my ex-husband's last name (especially after the hell he put me through), in this day and age saying it's "for the kids" is outdated and well...lame. We are a normal American family. My son has his dad's name, I have my husbands name... and delightfully my husbands ex-wife kept his last name and the MRS. just too look like a nut job I suppose... It all works out..

I'm gonna say it! Please stop the daily, multi-daily FB updates on your pregnancy! It's not your first, you have 3 others. Please stop with the "I miss my husband in boot camp" post also. He is NOT your first either, your ex-husband (the father to your other kids) was in the military. Pregnancy, and being a military spouse are two things you should be a pro at by now. I'm sure I'm not the only "friend" on your list that feels this way. Shut up already.... geesh.

I wonder if my ex-husbands fiance knows the real reason he will never be allowed back into the military again, or the real reason I kicked him out and divorced him. I feel like there is no way she knows, how could she and still be in love and engaged to him. But I also don't feel it is my place to say anything, so I won't... ever.
