Omg how silly of me to think you'd shut up about that baby once it was born. I hid you from my news feed because it was bad enough hearing about every little thing that happened during your pregnancy and now we have to hear everything pookums does all day? You have other children to tend to. I also think you're a fool considering you got pregnant knowing your husband is about to be kicked out of the military.

I'm watching that show "Call the Midwife" and while I think the show is interesting, I can't help but think that it glamorizes and glorifies pregnancy among people who cannot afford to have kids. One lady in the show had 24 kids and when she had a 25th, they were so happy about it. I guess I don't get it, but I don't think babies are always a blessing.

Yes, contraception encourages girls to have sex. That old chestnut. Newsflash, kids will have sex, if they're going to be unsafe the availability of a pill isn't going to make a difference. In my country, contraception is available to under 16s, plan B is available to under 16s over the counter AND abortions without parental consent if the girl is seen as understanding the ramifications of her choices. Guess what? Lower teen pregnancy and STI rates than the US.

I'm never telling you people if I ever get pregnant! lol I'm not talking about my potential gender reveal party or my potential shower or anything. I never realized how frowned upon enjoying pregnancy was. Why can't something be about the excitement instead of calling it a "gift grab" or an attention seeking new mom? Sheesh. I don't give one crap about presents, personally but I would want to share my excitement with the people I care about.

Almost every woman I know is on bc, and most of them not to prevent pregnancy. If there were a drug for men used to treat such a myriad of problems as birth control is used for in women it would be covered by all insurance providers without question, even if it did happen to prevent pregnancy. Religious liberty, my foot. No one is forcing you to take it. This has nothing to do with religious liberty and everything to do with controlling women. Similarly, I don't think most of the old white anti-choice men controlling the country care a fig about the unborn. Just controlling the womyn folk.

New policy for pro life men. Go all Lysistrata on their butts! Unless you are both sterilised, then sex can lead to pregnancy, even if you are careful. It seems only logical that if he doesn't believe in abortion, he shouldn't ever have sex unless he is 100% ready and willing to be a father. I'm thinking women as a whole should take this idea up. I'm thinking a year of it would change some male opinions on abortion.

Every time I see a show about an adoptive child finding their adoptive mom, I thank God I chose not to continue my pregnancy. In the 80's the mom was promised anonymity, now for "medical reasons" all bets are off. Let me believe my child was raised happily and well by the adoptive parents. Kids are not the only ones with hopes and dreams; moms have them too. And I am very wealthy, once I meet my biochild am I supposed to include that child in an inheritance my current kids always thought would be split 2 ways. Just a can of worms.

I feel like crap very time someone I know announces pregnancy. I'm just not ready. I have a career starting (military), still need to go to college, and have a need to travel with my husband. So why do I always feel like a failure that I haven't started having babies? I'm only 23... :/

I think women who get pregnant and continuously miscarry with each pregnancy are out of their minds! Apparently, if you cannot carry a fetus to full term after so many attempts, then I believe it's quite obvious your body can't handle pregnancy, so just STOP IT and adopt or suck it up and be childless! Stop unnecessarily traumatizing your body over and over and over again!
