I was so grateful we got into these apts. DH used to live here when he was in his early 20's and literally had a wall mural full of eviction notices...I was worried we wouldn't get in. Luckily, his old landlord adored him and is now the regional manager, he pulled out his puppy dog eyes and promised it would be nothing like that now. Most people would flat out say no, but she gave us a chance. He's not a college-age party boy anymore (and I never was, have always been quiet)

I'm so proud of FI. He's buddies with the bosses now and they've been telling him he's going to go to the top b/c of his work ethic and his amazing work. Right now he's making $40/hr. In two weeks he'll be a foreman making over $50/hr. A year ago he lost his job for missing work due to drinking (he doesn't anymore), couldn't find another job, got evicted, I allowed him to move in with me. He is forever telling me how grateful he is that I didn't kick him to the curb when he was down. I am too. He's an amazing man

Roomie #1 just texted my DH to tell him that a burner on our gas stove was on when he got home last night around midnight. Roomie #2 was the only one who cooked, and she finished making her dinner around 6:30. Neither DH nor I were in the kitchen after that to have seen it. How the heck do you forget to turn off a burner that is a FIRE?! I am really mad but at the same time so grateful nothing happened.

Since childhood, I have found the thought of motherhood almost.. revolting. The fact that motherhood has always been idealized has, at times, made me feel like a bit of a freak; but I have made peace with the fact that not all women are meant to mother and now I relish this life where I feel free and unencumbered. I'm so grateful to have met a man (my husband) who accepts me completely for who I am.

I applied to Penn State. The college has an online psychology program. I hope my credits transfer. You guys really have given me some motivation. Pretty cool, and grateful.

I admit sometimes when I browse my facebook contacts fotos I can't help thinking everyone seem to have a better life than I do... today I was shocked to know that a friend that had her husband bragging about their love literally until yesterday was dumped by him, via phone call (like "I'm sorry it's over, I will be staying in a hotel while you pack your things")... I am SO sorry for her, but also grateful for my un-glamorous and mediocre but solid life

OMG I hope my marriage survives my parent's old age. This is so stressful. People, plan for your old age! It is bad enough for me to watch them deteriorate but then take up all my free time. I feel selfish but I need rest. The are good parents, loving and grateful, but I work full time with OLD PEOPLE 5 days per week. I need a break....DH is crabby because I keep telling him WE need to plan for our old age. Sheesh!

I love watching the show Catfish partly because that Nev guy is kind of hot. It does annoy me though because it gives meeting online a bad and cheesy image. I met my husband 7 years ago on match and we are celebrating our sixth aniversary in March :) We would have never met otherwise and I am grateful for online dating.

I'm so grateful for a four day weekend. I am sleeping in tomorrow. No guilt. No forcing myself to get up so I don't "waste" the day. I'm going to sleep and wake up when I freaking feel like it. HYFR!

I love giving bjs but it has been my experience that guys need to be taught how to receive them. If they try to stick it down your throat and immediately start thrusting away, of course that's not enjoyable! Additionally, that will activate anybody's gag reflex in a second. So I would train them: lie still, let me get into a rhythm. When I'm ready, you can thrust as hard as you want (within reason). Take control. Tease them, teach them there's more than just sticking it in. Most guys are just grateful for the extended attention and will let you do it your way.
