No Xmas present or well wishes or anything from DH. He threw a tantrum and made the day awful. My present for him is sitting squashed at the bottom of my bag--I don't know what to do with it; there's too much negativity attached to it now. And now, two weeks later, no Bday present or anything. Not even a "happy birthday". The same as every other day. I'm sick of this. He won't talk about it; he just acts like a petulant teenager. Fine. Your birthday is in a month. I'm not usually into revenge, but if you won't discuss this, maybe this will make you think for once.

My mom was a teenager in the 50's. Preggers was used at the time to describe the girls that got pregnant. It was a disgraceful thing so it didn't deserve to be called pregnancy.

People rip on Honey Boo Boo because she isn't seen as a child but everything that you'd think we're supposed to be avoiding. Mush mouth speech, obesity, trashy behavior, and that hideous family with their knocked up teenager. They get paid tons of money to act like the rest of the trash on TV. You want your money? You work for it like anyone else and they just choose to sell out so we are more than allowed to throw rotten vegetables or whatever else we like. They're not real people with feelings. Just entertainment.

Next year we're going away for Christmas. To the middle of the bush in a nice cabin with a spa and NO internet connection or phone reception. It's fully equipped so I can still do Christmas cooking, and we may even take a small tree to decorate, but we'll be getting the frick outta dodge. I'm sick and tired of everyone elses drama ruining our day. This time it was a friend we had for dinner getting so drunk she was verbally abusive when we told her we didnt have any dope (never do!)& then crying over how broke she was & how hard her life was. Shes 45. I felt like I was babysitting a teenager!

My father spent my entire life putting me down. When I was really young, he made fun of me having glasses, when I was a teenager he made fun of my small breasts. He constantly belittled me, called me ugly and lazy. When he started that behavior with my daughter I cut ties with him. he won't ruin her self esteem. And now he's acting butt-hurt because I won't deal with him? Go figure.

There was palpable tension when he dropped me off today. My heart caught in my throat add I found myself on autopilot saying, Thanks for the ride, and getting out of the car. I could feel his gaze. He waited to drive off until he saw me find my keys. I just want to hold him, and I know it's good that I blindly took myself out of the dangerous moment and that he is moving away, but I still got into the house shaking and burst into tears. I haven't felt like this since I was a teenager. I want to be around him all the time.

There is this lady who likes to flirt with my DH. She is quite overweight, middle aged and dresses like a teenager. She has bleached hair and a fake tan. She likes to display her cleavage. I'm sure she thinks she is 'hawt'. Our name for her behind her back is "Miss Horny Piggy"

I wish I knew of a teenager I could hire to help me out with my holiday to do stuff. Wrap my presents, help me reorganize a room or two. I would pay generously in cash & Starbucks!

These are my options for the holiday. Go on a day when I can see my cousin who I haven't seen in five years, but at the same time see my mother who I am fighting with. Or go on another day and see the Uncle who strangled and tried to suffocate me when I was a teenager. Decisions, Decisions.
