BFF is a fab SM and her SK love her. The year she got married the 15yo moved in with them and she confessed to me that she was driving her nuts and she couldn't understand why. I mentioned to her it was because her child came as a teenager and not with a bonding infant. That realization helped and made her a better SM. She is fabulous!

I was talking with my friend while our DHs were working on a car. An older woman walked by and we stopped to chat with her a while. When we mentioned that our DHs were working on the car, her jaw dropped and she said "You two have HUSBANDS?? I thought you were teenagers!" Best compliment I've gotten in a while!

I don't know what's been going on in the last couple days, but DH has been as spontaneous and insatiable as a teenager! Or as..well..as I am. LOL He says he thinks it's because he's eating better and feeling better both with a less achy body and about himself. I tell you what, that diet is going to last!

I resent my mother because she dumped her responsibilities on me. She would beat me as a child, and as a teenager, which she never did to my siblings. She denies all of it, often cries and stops speaking to me if I bring it up. I try to mend things, but she's a bit impossible.

I have a part time job as a CNA, but mostly stay at home with my two children, both under age 2. My husband thinks I have it 'easy' being a stay at home mom. Hes always giving me crap about it. Tonight when talking about how much his aunt, who has 2 teenagers,and NEVER a job, recieves in child support ($5000 a month!), I said 'dont you think thats alot for never having to have a job?" he got mad and said 'she raises her two kids. Thats her job!" and then stormed off. wtf! He thinks Im a lazy stay at home mom, but she deserves 5000 for the same thing!?

My sister is 10 years younger than me When I was a teenager whenever I would do something I wasn't supposed to she would always tell so I started calling her Narc, then our brother and mom started calling her that, eventually her friends did too. Years later, that is still her nickname. She isn't a narc anymore though lol, she tends to just mind her own business now. But it's kind of funny that it stuck

I think my DH is gay. He has always been on the fem side. But we met in HS and so as a teenager I just didn't see it as much. Now married with kids, I can really see gay qualities in him. Plus he can't ever fix anything and when he does its a dramatic thing! We separated for a little bit a few years ago and I found these odd pics of him on vacation in the keys with some guy I had never met. The pics were of them smiling and running in the ocean. Just odd... He always goes overboard with acting like gay marriage and stuff is a big deal.

married 18 years and have 2 teenagers in high school. i want to leave my husband who i am not in love with anymore, but love him because he is a great guy. i'm just over being married, but don't leave because i don't want to hurt him and the kids. ugh, it's frustrating.

I only started wearing makeup as a teenager to try to cover my acne. I had friends who had clear skin and never needed makeup, and I think they've always looked fabulous!
